Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your RIVANI purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from RIVANI you agree to the terms set out below. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable Indian consumer protection law.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused and unopened where applicable, in its original condition and original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, labels and other items originally supplied with it. A return must be approved by RIVANI before you send the product back.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for change-of-mind returns: products that have been used, damaged by the customer, altered or are incomplete; opened hygiene-sensitive or personal-care products; customized or personalized products; and products specifically identified as non-returnable or final sale. This does not affect any rights available to you under applicable law for defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, product details, reason for return and, where relevant, supporting photographs or video. Please do not send any product back until you have received return instructions from us.
Return Shipping
For an approved change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return results from a defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied product.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs or video showing the issue. After verification, we will provide an appropriate resolution — which may include replacement, refund or another remedy as applicable — at no additional return-shipping cost to you where RIVANI is responsible.
Refunds
Once an eligible returned product is received and inspected, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved. For approved prepaid-order refunds, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method. The time taken for the refunded amount to appear may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation before your order has been dispatched by contacting us at [email protected]. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation cannot be guaranteed and the applicable return process may need to be followed.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Where a return is approved, you are welcome to place a new order for the preferred product or variant.
Governing Law
This Return and Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
